The London Caledonians Connection

London Caledonians, a club strongly influenced by the capital's Scottish contingent, were one of England's leading Amateur clubs prior to the Second World War. They played in the Isthmian League from 1905-1939, winning it a total of six times. They were also FA Amateur Cup winners in 1923.

Theoretically only playes with Scottish blood could appear for London Caledonians, though it is unclear how fervently this rule was applied.
