The Canada team was a team from the Western Football Association of Canada, based in Berlin, Ontario while the Irish Team was a selection from the County Antrim area only, all however were International players.

Canada also played matches against Distillery (won 3-2 on 3rd September), Clarence (won 3-2 on 4th September) and YMCA (drew 1-1 on 5th September) before touring Scotland and England.
